Simply cycling around
Hey, we just arrived in Byron Bay :-) This is the second time in 6 weeks that I come back along the ocean and it’s nice. Vilma found her backpacker and join us again. Sue and Keith continued their travel towards Brisbane. We have two days to enjoy here :-)
This afternoon, I’m going with Sue in Lismore and then to Lennox Head. Keith bought a water pressure washer on internet. We are gonna use it to add pressure to the pumping system that will allow to bring water from a dam to the house. Then we will have “almost” unlimited water.
Since few days, the Sue and Keith’s daughter is living in the house with her son Sebastien. After work Jamie proposed to walk around and Nicole told us to walk up the hill that we did. But there was not really special thing to see because trees surrounded us all the time. We didn’t see any kangaroo or snake, just a yellow and black spider. Jamie almost walk through the spider web, oups!, we walked up and down during an hour and it was nice. We are hungry now and the dinner should be ready soon, miam :-)
Woooh! Hmmm I mean, wooooooh! I never seen a place like this! It a big HUGE mess and I will spend easely 3 months if I must organise all that stuff. Fortunately I love organised things :-) so, it’s a paradise for me hahaah :-)

Today we are going to brave Barron Gorge for the second time! And we are a real team :-) Martin and Marco, Jimmy and his two sons, Cameron and me. All together, carefully and strongly we are going to reach the top of the top this time :-) I’m taking pictures from the second part only because the landscape was the same until now but we didn’t cheat, we start from the beginning of course :-D
Today we are going with Zackari and Marco to see Miyuki and then “coconut Paul”. We call it like this because there is three Paul around and this Paul is working with coconuts, easy :-) I didn’t took any pictures of Miyuki’s place and I don’t know why. She’s got a nice place around Kuranda where everything is made environmentally. She has a 5 starts compost toilet outside of the house :-) We worked a bit around the property and then we moved together to Paul’s place who live 3 minutes from here.
We were cycling around with Marco and because coming back to his home we stopped to the Kuranda train station to have a look, especially me… Lucky us the train is coming!
