After exactly two months here I will finally reach the top of the top of new zealand, something I’ll never forget.

Ninety mile beach camp > Rarawa beach (49km, 3h20)
This morning, wake up at 6.30am to catch the sun rise. Unfortunately the sun goes up on the opposite side of the beach so it will be for another time… But we can take some pictures. These clouds are giants!
Ninety Mile Beach, day off
Finally, today, I don’t want to move because the weather is very bad. The camp is quite comfortable and Peter is coming tomorrow so we will certainly travel together. Today is a day off for me :-). I will prepare all my food for the next days because the north’s camps don’t have always kitchen.
Coopers beach > 90 mile beach (39km, 3h)
Youhou! I did my first free outside night :-), under the rain, the strikes and thunder :-). I didn’t sleep so well but I did it! :-) For the first time I will start travel under the rain. It’s the right moment to test all my waterproof gears. Even the horses have waterproof suit:-)
Matauri bay > Coopers beach (68km, 4h10)
Wake up at 7am I’m ready for 55km today. And to start this journey I have a wonderful sunrise directly no the beach. That’s gorgeous! (I don’t know what does “gorgeous” mean exactly but it is:-)

Ok I’m ready to move even if I have to many food to carry… Today it’s a travel of 39km and I woke up at 7am to have the time to visit some place no the afternoon.
Kerikeri, Rainbow falls, last day
