After the groups picture it’s time to say goodbye to Alex and Philippe snif! They are really kind, funny and we had a good time all together. We wrote a card for them so they can’t forget us haha :-)
Hello, today I tried to organised a picture time with everybody of the backpacker. Since one month, we are living all together and I thought it was a good souvenir to have picture with everybody :-) And to be a bit more complicated I asked to every group to write something in their language with the translation, so we can learn :-)
Today is a sunny day and the French team decide playing “pétanque” amnd someone is playing piano in the house : the song is “Amélie Poulain”. OK, we are no longer in New Zealand now…
Today, I take one day to visit Gisborne. The weather is nice and warm. It a good occasion for a visit… by bike sure, always :-) Tonight we will have a party on the beach with everybody. Guy Fawkes Night is an old English event celebrated each year on the evening of November 5th with bonfires, fireworks and family gatherings.
Today, we are going to Gisborne with Maila and Ramai. Maila is going to participate to a 10km marathon during I will visit ate the city with Ramai :-) I don’t like running.
Today, I’m inviting by John to learn how carving in a bone. He is doing that since 25 years and some people from England approached him and bought 4 pieces to put them in a museum in London :-)
