When I’m working I’m often thinking about my next meal :-) this time it’s “profiteroles au chocolate” so easy to make. I will write the recipe later.

Napier, dumplings cooking
Today is a big cooking day! Under the orders of Wenshan, Sonia, Gina, Jammie and Karis Are making dumplings and I’m invited to participate to learn. Ooooh yes, learning how cooking Asian food that something I like :-) thanks!

The days pass and I’m still in the same backpacker cooking different kind of meal everyday. After French, Italian and Korean food, now it’s Chinese noodles soup :-) And I have a teacher this time, Wenshan :-)
Napier, eating eating eating
Today, nothing special happens. We are still waiting for the job which should arrived soon. The weather is wonderful and the apples are certainly growing faster. But it’s good to have free time as well : we are juggling, playing guitar, drinking and eating sure! Tonight, after my pizza, I decided making my first chocolate cake, Vincent, made some bananas with chocolate and sugar. Sonia, Juna and (I don’t remember her name…) bring the ice cream. That’s a good dessert haha :-)
Napier, banana muffins day
I have still no job and I visit most of the pace around. I’m not saving money and I’m getting worried about the job because Tony, the backpackers owner, can’t promise us a day to start. Maybe I should continue my trip… Fortunately, everybody is nice here and I’m learning how to cook many different things. So today is muffins time :-) I wanted to realise the same as Maila but they didn’t rise. Doesn’t matter, they are good :-)

Actually, everybody is cooking all the time here :-) We make pizzas, pasta, bread, cakes, everything! It’s nice and we share our recipes and impression. So today, I’ve time and I would like to make some bread :-)
Ruatōria, last day
Today is Halloween and my last day with Maila, Kaila and Ramai. So, I’ve decided to cook an Italian meal :-)
