Simply cycling around
Hello, today I tried to organised a picture time with everybody of the backpacker. Since one month, we are living all together and I thought it was a good souvenir to have picture with everybody :-) And to be a bit more complicated I asked to every group to write something in their language with the translation, so we can learn :-)

Hello, that the their week and as you can see, nothing change. Sometimes, it’s depend of the kind of trees, we have to pull of more or less apples but in general it’s repetitive… That OK, we are outside and enjoy the sun! Could be worst!
When I’m working I’m often thinking about my next meal :-) this time it’s “profiteroles au chocolate” so easy to make. I will write the recipe later.
Hey :-) the first apple week is finished and I’m happy to be on weekend. This job is very very VERY repetitive but it’s not as physical as landscaping. There is different kind of apple trees so if we have a good imagination we can can almost think that it’s a new job, almost…
Finally! After 2 weeks of break I’ve started working. It’s not the most interesting job but we can make good money. This week is a training time. We start with little trees and we have to be as fast as possible. Apple thinning consist to pick some fruits and let the other growing normally. I know, the picture is totally different but during my work I was thinking about my next dessert : “Paris Brest” :-). It’s not a simple one but I wanted to try. I’ve took only one picture because the final result was flat and the cream was too liquid. Fortunately it was god :-) I’ve eat sugar for one week at least haha.
