Top view. The apple thinning consist to pick some apple to let the others growing. But the branches are really weak and sometime all comes in the same time…
Bottom view. We are paying by contract, that means per tree. We start the week with 96 trees at 1$, then around 100 trees at 1$20, and these trees are 2$50 and there is 144 of them! This row seems endless and It’s hard to finish one each day. We are going as fast as possible but that sun, it’s hot!
