Hey, after 3 month spending with Sue and Keith I’m coming on the road heading to Sydney to find a job. This trip should take me between two and three weeks I guess. This is a new adventure, let’s go!
Simply cycling around
At the beginning my plan was to sleep in the shelter by the river, then to pitch my tent in next to house. Finally I slept in Humbeto Hammock for one night around the house. Tonight I was lazy, at 1am, to go and pitch my tent so I found a bed in the west wing of the house and had a good night on this bouncy bed :-) I’ll sleep here for my last night so I could prepare my bike and leave very early the next morning. Tomorrow I’m gonna cycling again! If I remember how to do it… haha:-)
Hello, Sue and Keith’s family came today so I’m going to sleep out because this time the house is full. Yesterday I had an extra day in “my” bed. I was prepared to sleep in my tent when Humberto, a family member, with who I have a comment : cyclism :-) He plan a trip in Asia and we exanged tips about bike travelling. Story after story, we started talking about hammock. He gots one and I’m gonna try this one with my top layer tent as a rain cover. It should be interesting because my next gift will be a hammock I think. Many ways it look better than a tent. It avoids :
And it’s lighter and more compact! This is important. So, yes, definitively when my tent will be broken I will look for a hammock :-)
Good night
Tomorrow, Sue and Keith’s family are coming and there is not enough room for everybody. In fact, I’m the piece who couldn’t fit… But I understand, it’s normal. So I proposed to Sue that I could go in this small house by the river. I’ll get my own room, own garden and river in peace :-) But no wifi anymore… This is the deal haha
Hey, painting was fast and I’m still continuing making those stairs and the garden area, one of them because Sue has planted vegetables in every corners and it’s nice. I’m going to build some very small part of wall but I can’t find the cement pack anymore. This is a mystery, it disappeared … I should be able to finish that before I leave!
This time, finally, I can definitely say that this project is done! What is the changes? The black colour! Yes Keith wanted Sue to paint them again because there was plenty of white bits everywhere. We moved them many times so of course the paint was damaged. Now they are smoothly black and they look like new :-) Fiou! From now, the word “jacuzzis” will remind me this place for ever ;-) and maybe also for whom followed this project from the beginning with always the same picture haha :-)
