Simply cycling around
This one is called “blue tongue lizard“. I’m not quite sure that is it scientific name but people call like it simply because this lezard has a blue tongue. I’ve never seen a fast blue tongue. They seems to walk slowly and they are not dangerous.
This is the second year that I start working on the 1st of January AND in Woolgoolga. Exactly a year ago, I started in the blueberries and this time I’m working on a roof.
Look at these creatures. They are the most beautiful ones I’ve seen in Australia. So colorful! They are very suspicious and fly out for nothing. So I’ve been very very slow, taking pictures every 5 cm until this :-)
This is Coffs Harbour (the harbour is behind me actually). I’ve been few times in the center with John and by myself but I’ve never visited the coast side. We drove here with Robin because she wants to have a look to Luna Park. She likes taking pictures at night and we are here today to get some ideas.
I think I’ve done the same kind of tour when I was here last time but I’ve been working on the new version of this website for few days now and it’s good to go out a bit.
After more than a year, nearly nothing here. Even the the foot print of my tent is still here! The grass needs a very long time to recover. When I was camping there I proposed to John to change the emplacement of my tent sometimes to avoid the grass to die but he told me that was fine. Well, this grass is dead now. It’s not a big deal but…
Hello, today I’m leaving Sydney with Rob and her brother. We are going to Woolgoolga, Robin to see her dad and me to visit John! It has been a year when every time John has seen Robin, he asked her “when is damien is coming up with you?”. I was working John, and now I’m not anymore so here I am :-)
