Simply cycling around
Aie… I’m starting to wonder if travelling with electronic is worth… After my dynamo, my phone and other stuff I don’t (want) to remember, now this is my kobo. It was on the edge of the table and fall down on my shoes and paff! the kobo… It’s still smiling but he got a quarter of the screen which doesn’t respond anymore… rah!
Definitively, I prefer that new view but it’s gonna be hotter here because there is no tree protection. That tree on the right side is a “I don’t know the name” is a useful tree. I learn that from a guy I met when I was in gold coast. He told me that if I ran out of toilet paper, I could use the bark of that tree because it’s so soft. heuuuu, yes… ok… I’ll will try, maybe… one day…
One more post about Goanna, ok, one more :-) Yes because that’s the daily stuff in Australia, that kind of animals are always looking around (especially because John give them food I think).
Hey, I’m updating, slowly… Today we are a big team of six workers : Patrick (Canada), Maroon and Alli (France), Dany (the boss), an Australian worker (don’t remember his name…) and me (of course). We are gonna prepare the next green houses because the cucumbers crops have a three months life. So before the first lot die, we need to start the second one so we could continue working and more! First step : cleaning.
I was quietly cleaning my chain when suddenly two policemen came… Oups… They asked me how long did I spend here and didn’t like the answer. One of them told me : “You could be a serial killer, choping heads”. Pff! what an idea… So, they told me that the fine was big and I should move straight away on a private land or where I’m working. Here, this is Crown land and I could stay one or two night but not three weeks… Ok, ok…
This is 2014, this is my new phone… Two colours, so many buttons and a nice “cracky” noise in the hand. This is a Nokia. But one awesome thing, I can play Snake! haha
This is another part of the cucumber process. After the picking we do the packing. We sort them by sizes to keep the boxes nice an tidy. Simple but not as simple as it look. Today I’m packing alone and it’s looong because there is a lot! See ya, I’ve got some work to do now ;-)
