Tonight I’ve cook one of my favourite ditches :-) prawns, coco milk, curry, tomatoes, pineapples and white rice mmmh :-)
4 persons
- 2 cups of rice
- 1 onion
- 400ml of coconut milk
- 300g of prawns
- 20g of butter
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon of curry
- 250g of pineapple
- salt and pepper
- spread coconut
- 40g of almond
01 / Preparation
Chopped the onion, cubed the tomatoes and clean the prawns.
02 / The rice
A rice cooker should be the best to have a perfect rice but it works without it as well. Anyway, cook the rice as wish :-)
03 / During that time…
Lets melting the butter in the frying pan and then, place the chopped onion and cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until the onions are translucent.
04 / The mix
Then, put to tomatoes’ cubes, the prawns, the coconut milk and the pineapples onto the mixture and stir slowly.
05 / Spices
Add the curry, salt and pepper.
06 / When it will be ready?
That’s almost finished :-) Continue cooking over medium-high heat and stirring occasionally during about 15 minutes.
07 / The design
Set for plates, add the rice as you want and then the prawn mixture.
08 / I’m hungry!
And spread coconut and almonds onto the top and that’s ready :-)
Enjoy!! :-)
Et la blanquette ?
