The more I stay in this guesthouse, the more I get influence by the guest, mostly Chinese :-) Today I’ve tried to cook something similar. It’s good but not Chinese food yet. On the left hand side, that’s tomatoes, bok choy and capsicum. Then, some scramble egg, fresh tomatoes and fried mushrooms plus pineapple. Finally, rice :-)
