Very quickly yesterday night, after June and Kondhin offered us to stay one month more (!!!), we decided to have one day off. One month would be, how to say, a bit too long for a break haha and my visa would run out, and I would be kick out of Thailand, and I could not come back soon, well, one month is too long :-).
That’s where I slept last night: in the garage next to the car :-)
Kondhin and June have actually too houses next to each other. When the first one was attacked by termites they decided to build another one next to it. Then, after that, they fixed the first one which is mainly use for family and guest like us :-) But I like the garage!
That’s the old new house.
That’s a lazy dog.
Kondhin likes bicycles too!
These houses form a tiny village.
There have a luxurious garden with many different species (Kondhin will do a visit for us later).
Good to be under the shade for lunch but it’s still very hot here.
The pot I’ve bumped in several times already. There is too much low stuff here for a normal european. The door of his old house is as high as my chin. Naturally I made the mistake once and hit myself last night…
Tonight I’m cooking! Well not really, I’m making an omelette with eggs and salt… Very basic. I won’t impress Thai people with that for sure (haha) but June is very happy with it. I have one fan at least :-)
Tadaaa, my first wok omelette :-)
Dinner time :-)
I know now! This is why they want to keep us for a month. They won’t have to wash the dishes again! haha. Hey! today was a rest day and here we are working! haha. We must have a day off now :-) Kondhin wants to show us the bats, the monkeys and his rice fields. Ok, let’s stay on more day.
Looks like you had a lovely day off.
C’est bien de remettre la mai à la pâte Damien pour ne pas oublier !!
