Last night was finally good as we camped along the Todd River. They all pitch their tent onto the river bed but I heard it’s not the best idea. It can rain 100km away and this river will flood suddenly. Anyway, it might happens sometimes only and we are on the dry season now but I did not want to risk anything so I’ve slept on the river bank. Antti is travelling with a Hammock and used to have a tent as well. I like the idea very much!
This morning is still very cold and windy. We found a coffee shop where to stay warm for a while. Everywhere we go we have 6 bikes to park which takes quite a lot of space.
Okay, I’ve completely dismount and clean my trailer’s wheel. I should be able to make that new wheel in about 3 hours time. Let’s do it.
The new wheel is working well! We spent the whole day doing the stuff we needed. Then we all came back to Anzac hill for the sunset. I must say, This hill is the hardest one I’ve done since I’m travelling! Very steep!
Still freezing cold!
Anzac hill sunset.
it’s good to hear that your bike is fixed!
